Cllr Hugh RaynerHugh sits on the Planning & Environment Committee and on the Licensing Committee & is the vice-chair of the Hendon Area Planning Committee. He also sits on the Cabinet Overview and Scrutiny Committee and on the Supporting the Vulnerable Scrutiny Committee. An enthusiastic environmentalist , he involves himself in both the Welsh Harp and Scratchwood & Moat Mount open spaces.
